How this works
Each lane's commits wait here until you decide. Include copies the oldest waiting commit of a lane onto master in the lab checkout. It does not deploy or restart anything; the chips say what would need a restart or a ship. Skip leaves a commit off master. smart review chips show the reviewer model's verdict once it has run.
